Payments. Payment by credit card online

Our site is connected to the Internet acquiring, and you can pay for the Service with a Visa or Mastercard bank card. After confirmation of the selected Product or service, a secure window will open with the CloudPayments processing center page, where you need to enter your bank card details. 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional authentication of the cardholder. If your Issuing Bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. For information on the rules and methods of additional identification, please check with the Bank that issued your bank card.

Online payment service is carried out in accordance with the rules of Visa and MasterCard International Payment Systems based on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment, using the most up-to-date methods of verification, encryption and data transmission through closed communication channels. Bank card details are entered in a secured window on the CloudPayments payment page.

In the fields on the payment page, enter card number, name of cardholder, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All necessary data is displayed on the bank card.

CVV2/ CVC2 is a three-digit security code indicated on the back of the card.

Then, in the same window, a page of your issuing bank will open to enter a 3-D Secure code. If you have not configured a static 3-D Secure code, it will be sent to your phone number via SMS. If you did not receive a 3-D Secure code, please contact your issuing bank.

3-D Secure is the most advanced technology for securing card payments on the Internet. It allows to identify the authenticity of the cardholder performing the transaction and minimize the risk of fraudulent card transactions.

Security guarantees

The CloudPayments Processing Center protects and processes your bank card data according to PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Information is transferred to the payment gateway with a use of SSL encryption technology. Further transfer of information takes place on closed banking networks having the highest level of reliability. CloudPayments does not share your card information with us or other third parties. A refund

When making an online payment using payment cards, cash refunds are not allowed. The return procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems:

- The return of product is possible only in case of faulty quality, which has to be claimed in writing in free format within 14 days;
- Return of goods is possible if a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods is provided;
- The consumer shall not be entitled to refuse from purchased goods of proper quality;
- If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller shall return to the consumer the amount paid by the consumer not later than 15 working days from the date of the consumer's submission of the relevant claim in writing to one of the official Al'gos stores;
- In case of poor storage of the product by the buyer, it shall not be returned;
- If the purchased product was used, it is not subject to return.

In order to return money to a bank card, you shall complete a "Money Refund Application" and send it, along with a copy of your identity document, to e-mail [email protected] and bring it in hard copy to one of the official Al'gos stores.

Refunds will be made to a bank card within 15 working days upon receipt of "Money Return Application" in hard copy by Al'gos to an official store.

In order to return the funds for transactions carried out with errors, it is necessary to apply in writing and attach a copy of your identity document and checks/receipts confirming the erroneous write-off.

This application shall be sent to e-mail [email protected] The return amount will be equal to the purchase amount (excluding shipping charges).

The term of consideration of the Application and return of funds shall start from the moment of receipt of the Application by the Company and shall be calculated in working days excluding holidays/weekends.

Cases of payment denial:

- a bank card is not intended for making payments via Internet, which can be known by contacting your Issuing Bank;
- insufficient funds for payment on a balance. You can find out more about the availability of funds on the payment card by contacting your issuing bank;
- bank card information is incorrect;
- bank card is expired. Card validity period is usually specified on the front side of the card (month and year until card is valid for).

Правила использования годовой подписки Al’gos

Условия оформления подписки

Годовая подписка Al’gos — это автоматическое продление определенного заказа в течение 12 месяцев. Оформить годовую подписку можно в личном кабинете.

Оформить годовую подписку можно только на заказы от 30 HP и выше. Можно создавать две или более подписок.

Условия изменения товаров в заказе

Нельзя изменить товары в заказе после оформления подписки.

Условия отмены подписки

Отменить годовую подписку можно только до получения первого заказа и до завершения отчетного месяца, в котором была оформлена подписка. После того, как вы забрали первый заказ по подписке из магазина или у курьера, отменить подписку нельзя.

Если вы хотите отменить подписку в первый месяц и до получения первого заказа, то для вас действуют стандартные правила возврата денежных средств:

При проведении онлайн-оплаты посредством платежных карт не допускается возврат наличными денежными средствами. Порядок возврата регулируется правилами международных платежных систем:

— возврат товара возможен только в случае брака, его необходимо оформить в письменном виде в течение 14 дней после оплаты;
— возврат товара возможен в случае, если предоставлен документ, подтверждающий факт и условия покупки указанного товара;
— потребитель не вправе отказаться от приобретенного товара надлежащего качества;
— при отказе от товара со стороны потребителя продавец должен вернуть ему денежную сумму, уплаченную потребителем, не позднее чем через 15 рабочих дней со дня предъявления потребителем соответствующего требования в письменном виде в один из официальных магазинов Al’gos;
— при неправильном хранении покупателем продукта, его возврат не осуществляется;
— если приобретенным товаром воспользовались, то он не подлежит возврату.

Для возврата денежных средств на банковскую карту необходимо заполнить «Заявление о возврате денежных средств» (прикреплено по ссылке ниже) в печатном виде, приложить копию документа, удостоверяющего вашу личность. Принести данный документ, в печатном виде, с вашей подписью, в один из официальных магазинов Al'gos и отправить скан-копию данных документов на саппорт через свой личный кабинет.

Возврат денежных средств будет осуществлен на банковскую карту в течение 15 рабочих дней со дня получения «Заявления о возврате денежных средств» в печатном виде компанией Al’gos в одном из официальных магазинов.

Для возврата денежных средств по операциям, проведенным с ошибками, необходимо обратиться с письменным заявлением и приложением копии документа, удостоверяющего личность, и чеков/квитанций, подтверждающих ошибочное списание. Данное заявление необходимо направить в один из официальных магазинов Al'gos.

Сумма возврата будет равняться сумме покупки (без учета оплаты за доставку). Срок рассмотрения Заявления и возврата денежных средств начинает исчисляться с момента получения компанией Заявления и рассчитывается в рабочих днях без учета праздников/выходных дней.
