How is Al’gos spirulina different from any other spirulina?

Our vitamins have no contraindications, they are not medicines or dietary supplements, they are super food (nutritional supplements), but the label states the dosage for people over 14 years old.

Dosage

We recommend taking Spirulina and Humi Al'gos 2-3 capsules 3 times a day with meals. But since this is an organic product, not a drug, you can also take it 2 times a day, dividing the daily dosage into two intakes.

Al'gos vitamin intake duration

Since our vitamins are organic and nutritional supplements, they can be taken on an ongoing basis.
In order to cleanse the body and pack it with vitamins, we recommend taking Spirulina and Humi for at least 3 months.
To maintain the body constantly, we advise you to take our vitamins on an ongoing basis.
Our vitamins are non-addictive and have no long-term cumulative effect like a plate of fresh salad.

Can our products be combined with drugs or other vitamins?

If you are taking serious drugs, we recommend you to consult with your doctor first.
If you take vitamins and other nutritional supplements, then our vitamins can be taken in parallel, as it is organic, and the body will take only what it needs.

Percentage composition

It is impossible to describe the percentage of each vitamin in Spirulina, as it is an organic product created by nature. It is as difficult as describing the vitamin composition of a particular apple or pear. But percentage composition is described in the "Products" section.

Where is spirulina Al'gos cultivated?

The first biofactory in Kazakhstan was built in the Almaty region, where our Spirulina is cultivated in a glass-tube photobioreactor. We have our own strain (variety) of Spirulina and our own technology for its cultivation and encapsulation.

How should you store our products?

We recommend storing our vitamins and masks in the refrigerator.
We recommend storing other products in a dark, dry place.
Close tightly after use.

Shelf life

Our vitamins can be stored for 1 year without opening the jar and in the correct temperature regime (in the refrigerator).
After opening the jar, we recommend using it within 4-6 weeks.
Our masks can also be stored in the refrigerator for up to 6 months without opening.
After opening, we recommend using them within 4-5 weeks.
Sparkle can be stored in a dry, dark place for 1 year before and after opening.
Soap, scrub and bath salt have a minimum shelf life of 1 year.
All shelf lives are described on the labels.

When can the result be seen?

Since our vitamins are organic, the result will depend only on the sensitivity of your body.
We recommend you to take our vitamins for at least 3 months and track your sleep, mood, condition of your skin, hair and nails - this is how you can evaluate the results of taking our products.

How many capsules are in one jar?

There are 70 g of active ingredient in one jar, this is enough for 3-4 weeks of intake. There is no exact number of capsules.

Where is the biofactory located?

Our product labels state the address of our biofactory. But we must warn you that our biofactory is a restricted access facility with its own sanitary requirements, only authorised personnel is admitted there.

Can pregnant women take Al'gos products?

Our Spirulina Al'gos can be taken from the first days of pregnancy if you do not have an idiosyncrasy of the product.
We recommend you to take Humi from the second trimester, if you have not taken it before, as it is a detox, and during the first trimester of pregnancy it is better not to start cleansing the body.

Can your vitamins be taken while breastfeeding?

We recommend you to take our vitamins while breastfeeding, as a mother needs vitamins if you and your baby do not have an idiosyncrasy of the product.
Al'gos vitamins will help your body recover faster after childbirth.

How can I make an order?

Orders are drawn up on our website, or you can visit one of our official stores, their addresses are stated in the "contacts" section, and buy the product there (excluding force majeure/quarantine/state of emergency).

The product is not sold at the pickup points, only paid online orders are issued there.

Before going to pick up your order or to the store to buy a product, we recommend you to call the store or the pickup point to clarify information regarding availability.

There is no my city on the website, how can I make an order?

You need to select "another city" or country on our website and pay for delivery.

Delivery is made only after payment for the order on the website.

What is the difference between an official store and a pickup point (PP)?

The Official Store is a space accessed by every company ambassador to hold product-related meetings or discuss Al'gos's marketing plans.
In the official store you can also buy products for cash.
A pickup point (PP) is a place from where you can independently pick up your paid online order without paying for delivery.

All stores and pick-up points by cities are listed on our website in the "contacts" section.

Before going to pick up your order or to the store to buy a product, we recommend you to call the store or the pickup point to clarify information regarding availability of your order.

Delivery

Delivery to cities is made only after online payment for the order, all terms and conditions are described on our website in the "payment and delivery" section.
Delivery fees are not refundable.
You can also pick up your paid online order by yourself without paying for delivery if there is a pickup point in your city (all pickup points are listed in the "contacts" section).
Delivery within the city can be made only in cities with official stores, the same after online payment for the order.
Delivery prices are specified in the "payment and delivery" section.

I want to change the pickup point of my order

You need to contact our customer service through your account, "private messages" section indicating all your data and order details that you want to pick up at another pickup point.

Or submit support request for another person to pick up your order, indicating his/her full name, IIN and sending a scanned copy of her/his ID card.

Before going to the pick-up point, please call there and specify the opening hours, as well as whether your order is available there, giving the order number. All contacts are listed in the "contacts" section.

Tell me about a marketing plan, earnings, partnerships

For questions related to the marketing plan, calculation of points and accruals, you need to contact your mentor/curator who registered you. If this person is also new to our system, you need to contact his/her mentor.
If you are not registered, then you need to contact one of our ambassadors, whom we follow on our Instagram page @algos.official, and he/she will register you, consult on the product and tell you about the earnings system.

When will the delivery come to the store or pickup point?

We recommend you to contact the store or the pickup point by the number indicated in the "contacts" section, the holder of the pickup point will tell you when the next delivery is planned, if the product is no longer in stock.

I don't have a bank card

You can buy the product from one of our official stores.

I paid for the delivery, but I want to pick up my order myself at a store or a pickup point

The website states that the money for delivery is not refundable, we recommend you to wait for your delivery.
If you do not want to wait for your delivery, you can pick up the order from the store or the pickup point specified when placing the order, but the payment for delivery will not be refunded.

I want someone else to pick up my paid order

Return

On our website in the "payment and delivery" section there is a "return" section, which describes all terms and conditions and rules for returning the order.

I want to place several orders, but pay for the delivery of only one order so that all these orders are combined and sent to one address.

Every single order must be with separately paid delivery. We do not combine orders. You can either pay for the delivery of each order separately, or make one large order and pay for its delivery. Payment for delivery is fixed and does not change from the quantity of purchased products.

I paid for the order without delivery, but I need delivery

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to extra pay for delivery separately. You can come and pick up your order at the store or the pickup point that you chose when placing the order, or contact our support service through your account, "private messages" section, submit a request for another person to pick up your order, indicating his/her full name, IIN and sending a scanned copy of her/his ID card.

Defective product

We are very sorry that this happened.
You need to film a video where the defect is clearly visible, and take a photo of the defect, which you need to send to the customer service through your account, "private messages" section, describing the situation and indicating your order number.
If the defect is poorly visible, you need to send the defective product to one of the official Al'gos stores for diagnosis.
If the defect is confirmed, a new product will be sent to you.

Payment receipt

Payment receipts are sent automatically by the payment system to your specified postal address upon purchase.
Please check your mail and SPAM folder.
Also, a payment receipt is issued when paying for an order in the official store of the company.

I want to buy your product wholesale

We do not have wholesale prices, we have a loyalty system that will help you earn.
If you want to register in our system, then you need to go to our page on Instagram @algos.official and choose one of our ambassadors among our followers, it is better to choose someone from your city and with an active page.

Can I use your photos and texts for posting on my page?

Please read the rules in your account, in the “service rules” section, which describes all the conditions for using the company's materials.

I want to change mentor/curator

Change of the curator of the contract is possible within 28 days from the date of registration.
To transfer a contract, you need to write 3 letters of inquiry to the customer service in your account in the "private messages" section.

1. From the manager himself.
2. From the current curator from whom the contract is being transferred.
3. From the future mentor to whom the contract is being transferred.

Format of the letter of inquiry: I, manager/current curator/future curator (full name, ID number), request to transfer the contract (full name, ID number) from the structure (full name, ID number) to the structure (full name, ID number).
If all these conditions are met, the transfer occurs only on the first day of the next month. Please note that it takes 3 working days to process the application from the date all the conditions above are met.

I did not receive points for the order I paid for

Why is there 0 points in my account, but there was (a certain amount) last month?

The rules in your account describe all the conditions for crediting points and transferring them to your e-wallet, please read them to understand how the system works.
We also recommend you to contact your curator (the person who registered you) who will tell you all the details of transferring points to your e-wallet on a monthly basis.

I think my revenues were accrued incorrectly

Our system automatically calculates everything, but the company is always ready to check your account individually, if you send your exact calculations that you made on your revenue, so that the company has something to compare with, to the customer service in your account, in the "private messages" section.

My manager has a problem

Ask the person who has problems to contact the customer service personally, as the company cannot provide information on orders from third parties.

How to get your profit?

Where will I receive the pickup point (PP) bonus?

You need to sign an agreement between your IE and Al'gos for creditin your PP bonus.

I want to get a PP bonus

Please send us a full report for the last month, verified by the Al'gos administrators, we will send it to the accounting department, and if the conditions are met and you signed an agreement, you will get a bonus according to the rules described in your account, in the "PP Rules" section.
